Good Morning & Happy Birthday America!
Next up it was our little town's 4th of July parade. The kids were hot, sticky and their buckets were overflowing with candy...everything that makes a 4th of July parade what it is!
Tim always covers our yard with flags...it's tradition and our neighbors don't even think we are crazy (at least they don't say it to our faces). The kids love it and look forward to helping hammer in the stakes and Carter was in awe of watching the flags and kept pointing!
We then had a fun time celebrating with our great friends here and it has become a tradition of sorts to get together for 4th of July. Last year the two little ones weren't moving and this year they were right up with the big kids watching the little poppers, eating ice cream and just having a blast trying to keep up. It's been amazing watching these kids grow up over the last 6 years and their family has definitely surpassed the definition of friendship over the years!
