Brooklyn was so proud of her poster for KK...she decided to write what Kennedy picked for her special dinner that night!

Kennedy had a great first day of 2nd grade. The few things I heard on the short drive home: it was long; the Kindergarteners looks SOOOO little mom!; my teacher is so nice; and I am starving. I would say so very typical for 2nd grade. She is a little lady now a long time since the early days of preschool. On to bigger things like reading and writing and lots of social stuff. I love Kennedy's air and confidence about her when she walks into the school building...it is that of a sweet girl who genuinely is excited to see her friends, her teachers and anyone else she can catch in the hallway to say hi or talk to. Don't ever change that about you sweet thing, that's a gift and you rock it for sure! Love you lots big little girl!
