Easter

So I feel like the one advantage of being married for awhile now is knowing my husband better, his personality and past experiences especially on holidays. So after leaving church service I start prepping on the short drive home...ok honey before you bolt in the house to change we are taking pictures...it's all I ask, please just keep your clothes on to snap a few and then you are free to move about the closet in search of some new comfortable duds. Just ask my mom about the one Christmas that I don't even think my pregnant belly (#3) made it through the back door when he flies out of his room already dressed down. I see my mom's look and think Oh no...intervention. The rest isn't history actually it includes what felt like negotionations with Carter right now (non-existent) but thankfully we managed to get one decent family picture that Christmas, I think his sweater made it back on but I am not sure what gestures his hands were making behind his back that wonderful Christmas Eve...

These two are usually up for some hugging and posing...at least two out of four in my future.

the prep talk worked, clothes stayed on, no one complained and we got some cute Easter pictures this year BUT what happened next will go down in Studdert family history as the funniest most memorable Easter's ever! Those words came out of the kids mouths...and again they teach me what I try and pray for often...it's the little moments that are BIG for them and BIG in this life. Those little moments are the ones that make a BIG difference!

Stay tuned...
