Twas The Night Before

SECOND GRADE! How did we get here?? There are so many posts to catch up with and things to share but tonight is a big night. So long lazy mornings in our pj's, breakfast at 8:30am and everything in between. We have a very excited little lady who is about to start 2nd grade tomorrow. I feel like this was just the other day...



Tonight I found myself making sure things were ready for tomorrow. Organization has not been a strong suit in this house during the summer. I packed a lunch, ironed clothes and made sure things were just so for a big special first day. In our house every first day of school is big! This year finds us in another category though, not only does Miss K start 2nd grade but Brooklyn heads off to meet her preschool teacher this week and starts next week. I am anxious for Brooklyn to help me with Kennedy's treats tomorrow but not sure how Carter is going to swing it for Brooklyn's treats next week :).
