The Faces of May that I LOVE

One of my favorite things to do is to look through my monthly pictures. I probably take more time looking than I post but the pictures make me smile. May was no different. There were so many faces, expressions, moments that I loved and each face means SOMETHING. Not always enough for their own post but gathered all together makes for the faces I LOVE!! I love that a picture captures a moment and lets you relive that moment each time you take a peek at it. What's not to love about that!

Very cool and memorable week for a certain 2nd grader!

Artist by morning, chef by lunch. We were playing outside and she announced to Carter and I that she was going inside to make us lunch. No joke, the three of us had a four course meal with a hard boiled egg, applesauce, granola and grapes. Best lunch I have had in a long while.

My cousin Brent was in town for business and it happened to be the same weekend my mom was here. We went to dinner and ice cream and had a blast. He had never met Carter before so it was especially fun to introduce Car to the cousin who put up with our antics while he babysat us :)

It wasn't that long ago he was dragging every cup out that we put away NOW he helps put the clean cups from the dishwasher away. Never to early to start chores!
