Padre Wrap Up

I figured it was about time to put a final wrap and bow on the whole Padre vacation. I have such good intentions to get things posted all together and then life happens! But everything about the last day was so fun and held it's own special memories so on to the last day!

This was what we woke up to the last morning...definitely made it hard to leave!

We took the girls to this humongous seashell store that they had been talking about since we brought them all seashells back from last year. Well we went, we saw, we bought and then on the way home over the BIG long bridge Brooklyn decided that she would SING the entire way over the bridge. She had us all cracking up!

One last swim in the pool!

And this last night PAR-TY was in full swing because they had this rap music playing on the speakers around the pool area. Tim and I just looked at each other, laughed and turned to see the kids started shaking it without any invitation and there it became the last night dance party - Padre Style. We had the best time, laughed the hardest and it was fun to capture it on camera!

This little guy can dance like no other...

Didn't realize at the time but Brooklyn I will pay you $5 for standing just perfectly in front of mommy for this picture :)

What to do with all the leftover food before we leave...eat ice cream for breakfast! I think we were the coolest parents ever that morning! Especially when they got to eat out their own carton.

When we arrived in Houston, the pilot had the cockpit open and told the kids to come in an check out all the buttons. By far one of the nicest pilots to my kids!

Carter was enthralled with the lights and buttons and I could see future pilot in his eyes!
