Valentine Love

Love was all around from morning until night -
Nothing like a little RED to brighten up any day!

My Little Valentines!

Loved to use the balloons as punching balls from early morning - until late at night

Daddy's tradition - the girls start talking about way at the beginning of February.

Early morning Valentine's Day gifts courtesy of Brooklyn Paige

She started working on our goody bags way back in January and hid them millions of different places and asked each day when she could fill them with the food. First up magnets that she made of all of us. She drew a picture of each of us, colored and then put it on magnetic sheets and then cut them all out! Priceless!

Before school with Valentines ready to be delivered!

First Valentines for Carter - a haircut

Then a quick coffee break - needed the caffeine for the rest of the day

Just the kind of day you say YES to this :-)

Lunch with our favorite 4th grader - pizza! We weren't able to go to her Valentine's class party because Brooklyn's was at the exact same time and I was one of the party moms helping with this party.

Library Love with my favorite Bachelor - yes even more than Sean Lowe!

Quick outfit change after school - gotta fit in all our pink and red today

Tim came home super early that day and stopped to get our favorite Pei Wei so I didn't have to cook. But before we ate he and Carter huddled together and then as Tim pulled our kitchen stool out so Carter could stand  up next to him they delivered their Man speech. It was the sweetest and neatest thing I had ever heard. My eyes watered because these two guys stood there and told the three of us ladies how much they loved us, how much they appreciated us and how they would take care of us. Carter more nodded his head but his hugs after proved that he felt exactly the same way as his daddy! Melt my heart - hands down best part of my day!

Love this picture...however my biggest fear is in this picture.
My absolute least favorite part of this house is the fact that the downstairs guest bath is in the KITCHEN...nightmare because as many times as I shut the lid and shut the door it is always open 2.2 seconds later. And this folks is my fear - that I will capture a sweet photo and YES the bathroom door is open, toilet lid too and just acting as the most fabulous backdrop in the world.
This makes those crazy photo backdrops at department stores look like heaven!

Super Carter saved the day as we were wrapping up Valentines. He ran super fast after our fondue tradition kicked in!
