Father's Day Weekend

Although this is a week overdue I can't skip over it. We had too much fun. Saturday morning took us to Tim's favorite restaurant, this place...Carter slept the entire time and we had a yummy breakfast!

Lots of swimming the whole weekend and the girls made Tim breakfast Sunday morning on Father's Day. My husband teaches me so much all the time and Father's Day was no exception. I have to admit although I don't ask for presents or much on Mother's Day I often times would love not to have to cook or do laundry or any of the normal chores on that day. Sometimes I think it to myself and other times I say it out loud well despite that day being Father's Day Tim did so many things without one comment and spent the entire day doing all the kids favorite activities, because that is what the day is all about. Sunday evening we did do Tim's favorite activity and it was a great end to a great weekend. We headed to the golf course where there was some practice on the driving range and then we had TWO carts (before Carter it was one) and headed to play a few holes. I love watching Tim golf, honestly not just saying that to earn points. It was beautiful out there and not too hot especially while he was playing by the water. Carter loved it and slept half the time. He's definitely a momma's boy since my awful golf cart driving didn't even wake him up :).
