One Month Old

So Mr. Carter turned ONE month old this past Monday and let me tell you this past month has been filled to the brim. I love this stage and he has such a personality to enjoy. Carter is a sweetheart and LOVES to be held. He loves his bath and his sisters attention and voices. He loves to go on walks. He smiles in his sleep like he is having a good dream and the past few days has been so much more alert. He is starting to really concentrate on our faces and the things around him, like lights and fans. He does NOT like his diaper changed at all. Carter is a tiny little thing but he is finally growing. He just reached the 8 lb mark this week and the pediatrician was very happy. He is a strong little boy and can lift and hold his head for awhile...it's amazing how fast this past month has gone and I know this is only the beginning. Here are some pictures of his special one month birthday and a few others. Our friends the Gregors had a great idea with taking pictures with a sign noting the month...so I decided to take that idea and make sure and do this with Carter so we can look back at how much he has changed.
