This past weekend my good friend Jessica and her family were in town. We were so glad they were able to drive up to see us on Sunday and hang out. The kids played outside and we swam all afternoon. We did the good old bbq thing for dinner and had such a fun day. Brooklyn fell in love with Cooper and kept trying to kiss and hug him and Kennedy was little mother hen to Cooper all afternoon. She watched him better than I watch my own kids :). We miss them and wish we could do this more often with you all (you too Shawna & Toph). Didn't we all used to talk about living near one another in college??? And now look at us. All spread out and five kids between us...a far different day than those talks that lasted long through the night in our dorm room of where we would be...we are all so blessed! Miss you guys!
