One of my mom's good friends is amazing and talented and can sew like no other. So when we connected with her and her daughters (and ALL of our kids) this last trip to AZ I saw some Barbie clothes she made her granddaughter. So I can't figure out if it was the drool that came out of my mouth from seeing the clothes, the shock and awe and gushing I did the whole time, the part where I said I would pay her to make my girls barbie clothes or when I sent her the thank you note and again mentioned to her I was serious about having her make some clothes for them...anyways, whichever it was she must have sensed the desperation and graciously made these incredible barbie clothes for the girls. My mom and I kept on looking over each and every one amazed at the talent and mentioning over and over again to the girls how lucky they were to have their very own handmade wardrobe collection. And I don't mean just clothes, we are talking sleeping bags, purses, hats, robes, pajamas, shawls, pillows, fur coats, wedding dress...you name it it is there. And the neatest thing is she designed them all herself. Did I tell you or did I tell you every little (and big) girls dream!
