My Valentine stuff is *almost* put away. I can't seem to part with the heart mobile that is hanging in one of our entry ways and not sure what is going to replace our front door decor at the moment, so some of it stays. But I do know there are some things I am loving right now and don't want to forget!


The way Carter grabs my face, pulls it close and gives me a big kiss...the best and sweetest thing ever!


When Brooklyn asked why ham was named ham...and then after much thought came to the simple conclusion that since God knew her name was going to be Brooklyn, God knew ham was going to be ham!


The way Kennedy scoops up Carter after he gets hurt and turns into major mommy and carries him around everywhere.

Watching Kennedy in her first talent show at her school. Love her and love her voice!

Listening to Carter's speech just take off these past couple of weeks. WOW. My favorite is when I sit there and talk to him and have a conversation and he fills in the gaps with "Oh" and his go to favorite is "Wow." You can definitely tell by those responses he is being trained by a house full of girls. His wife will appreciate us one day!


Listening to Carter call Brooklyn "my B." He first wakes up and looks around and says, "my B, my B, where my B?" And as hard as he tries Kennedy has become ti ti (her response, "oh great, I am a potty name!") or Tey Tey. Either way we smile and clap big!


How Brooklyn asks me every night how long the big hug she gives me will last and I say every night that it will only lasts until she wakes up in the morning and gives me another one!


How knock knock jokes seem to be big in our house right now. Most of them made up, but all funny because the giggles that come out before the punch line!


Kennedy is at the famouse sleepover age and although it just started the times that she is away she will always call to say good night to us and tell us she loves us without being asked or prompted by us at all. Love that. And she asks how Brooklyn and Carter are doing and if we had a good night!


Lots to love and it's a good thing because it makes up for all the crazy times and the times where I am going in circles or they are going in circles around me!
