When you come home and find your busy toddler asleep at 10:45am in the morning in Daddy's arms that he is really sick.
Poor Car has had a rough week! He started it with croup on Monday which seemed to be getting better at first but then the hacking and high fever started with him being lethargic almost all day Wednesday. You know if your 20 mos. old son is lethargic something is wrong. I took him in again this morning and sure enough he had an upper respiratory infection with a double ear infection too. This was by far the highlight of his day (and mine too when I saw it).
