We have this book called The Night Before The Night Before Christmas and the kids love it - all three of them so on our night before night before we spent at Papaw's house celebrating Christmas with them. Christmas Eve gets tricky with church times and traditions getting ready for Santa when living at opposite ends of town but this night was perfect. We ordered in Chinese food and had Christmas. This followed the Texans game in Houston so most donned their Texans gear.

We ended the night by checking out all the fun lights downtown...we always want to make it down there but the weekends and nights usually end up being filled and we don't make it down so that was a fun little way to end the weekend and move on to the The Night Before Christmas... |
