Santa Love

Yes, it's January 18th and I am still posting Christmas pictures...with the amount taken in this house and around that month I may just be posting until summer. Can't forgo the Santa pictures though. These are priceless to me and I love looking back at them all throughout the years....like HERE and HERE and HERE From the time it was just Kennedy and Brooklyn to introducing Santa to Carter with trembling fear and the few years I had to be in the picture because of that fear :-). I hope there are many more years of Santa pictures and the magic in this house!!

Not only did we visit with Santa that day but it started off in full force as well...we first made a stop at a Kids Crazy Christmas Show hosted at a local church that the kids love. Always gets us in the spirit and a fun way to share with the kids to remind them of the true meaning of Christmas. Then we headed off to 2 & 3 to get Nonie at the airport...whoohoo Christmas prep can begin! And after Nonie played trains with Carter at the toy store while we were waiting in line to see the Jolly St. Nick we were starving so we headed to our favorite Mexican food place. Afterwards we ran over to the open park area in the center of town and the kids ran and played and Tim joined in. It's one of those things the kids LOVE to do and we don't always take the time to do it but this was one of those days where anything goes and we all truly enjoyed ourselves...one of those full hearts kind of days. I of course am sure we wore Nonie out on her very first day but I think by now she is used to it and is trained!

It was the perfect and full way to start off the final few days before Christmas.
